Cornwall Catering Excellence is a marketing cooperative of Cornish companies working in the catering and hospitality industry. Collectively they run a number of events which would be less interesting; effective or succesful if done individually. The member companies are the independant leaders in their respective areas of expertise and are selected to be complimentary with as little overlap as possible in their offering.

We have an ethos of promoting the principal of local purchasing to maximise the benefit to the Cornish economy and we practice what we preach by ensuring that as much of the profit element of what we supply you with (as well as the content if possible) is spent on goods and services from Cornish Companies. In addittion to this we are very involved in the improvement of the offering our industry makes to the public. The Cornish Challenge and Better Careers in Catering project are two examples of the way we put something back into our industry.
